Kate Frazer is an Associate Professor of Nursing at UCD School of Nursing, Midwifery, and Health Systems. Her career details sustained and successful innovation as a nurse, researcher, and academic underpinned by human rights and inclusive health. Her research focuses on three interconnected public health areas: inclusion health, tobacco control, and Public and Patient Involvement (PPI).

As a Fulbright Health Impact Scholar, Kate will join transdisciplinary colleagues at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) world-leading Center for Tobacco Control Research and Education to conduct research examining secondhand smoke exposure in marginalised communities, specifically with families experiencing homelessness.
