Maureen Fleming is a choreographer and performance artist from NYC and has performed her work to international acclaim spanning five continents. While in residence at the University of Limerick Irish World Academy and NUIG, she will develop, document and teach her original technique; study the movement and vocal expressions of sean-nos and the stories and other manifestations of the Irish Cailleach; and create new choreography infused by this research.
